Courageous String

Wondrous reeling, cinematic mind,

let it shine, and float, and puff.

He’s beautiful but he doesn’t hear it enough,

much less believe it at all.

He’s a kite with a courageous string,

but he needs the constant wind of encouragement and grace,

and that, I simmer up in a tea kettle.

So, I think skyscraper high thoughts,

and hope to catch his attention.

I want to be the dreamcatcher,

to snatch all his goals.

Then, launch all his hopes and aspirations,

high into outer space.

Setting him up for breathtaking success,

and what’s in it for me?

Well, to see him happy.

The glint in his eye,

prized, powerful, it makes me cry.

First things first; I can't get my eye off this boy! He's charming and beautiful. I swear, his color is worth every praise 💖✨ Alone this image made me feel warm... The poem? Where you say; Setting him up for breathtaking success, and what’s in it for me? Well, to see him happy. The glint in his eye, prized, powerful, it makes me cry. It's wholesome! You wanna grab all his goals just so you can blow them into the space where they belong, that's heartwarming ❤🤝 You wrote a beautiful one, Jesse .
