To an alien visitor, strange and rare,
The first Earth sight I'd eagerly share,
Would be the sunrise in the morning's grace,
A radiant painting in the vast cosmic space.
As daybreak's hues paint the sky with delight,
With colors so vivid, a breathtaking sight,
Orange and pink, a celestial ballet,
A welcome to Earth in the most wondrous way.
With rays that warm the land and sea,
Awakening life, setting spirits free,
The sun's first kiss on Earth's gentle face,
A symbol of hope, in this boundless place.
I'd say, "Alien friend, this is our morn's debut,
A daily spectacle, both brilliant and true,
It signifies hope, a fresh start each day,
A symbol of Earth's beauty in every way."
In awe of the sunrise, together we'd stand,
Two beings from different worlds, hand in hand,
Sharing the wonder of this planet's birthright,
Under the morning sun's soft, golden light.

The best place to meet an alien is probably a farm. The wide open spaces would be great for them to land. Great poem. Wish I lived on a farm.
