A RubyRed Original Poem

i've figured it out

i know what i am

it feels hard to say

but it's true:

i'm a convenience.

oh, and it's all so neat and tidy,

everything fitting perfectly

the easiest, most convenient solution,

for both you and for me.

and bloody hell i hate it,

because it means you see me too.

you see how truly alone i am

but no, why would you help me through?

coming here with my positive attitude

my glares glazed over with smiles

i hate how in control i am

of everything in my life.

no, it wasn't obvious

but i know what you thought

enough to see how little you care

and the value you've deemed more important than anything else

i am an item for you

so, endlessly convenient.

you're welcome.
