Stop crying and face it.

Fingers interlaced come undone.

Grab your mystery; don't forsake it

If you have any clue what it is at all.

Stop crying and face it.

Refrain from milking minor misfortune

For much more than it's worth.

For what it's worth, I say this.

Before you lose all those you love

For the demon you mistook for Cupid.

Stop crying and face it.

You are lovable in your simplicity.

The romances you manufacture

God recalls before all your runaways fall,

Fall for the cheap replacement

Wallpaper over the wood paneling in the hall.

Stop crying and face it

Before you are left out in the cold

A deformed babe of antiquity

In a world that devours men whole.

Stop crying and face it

Before you are left alone

By recompense spoiled, bonds wasted,

Because right now, you keep crying wolf.
