Sometimes, what we see or experience as normal is uncommon and rare for others.

Rare means an event, situation, or condition that doesn't occur often

Uncommon means out of the ordinary; unusual

Sometimes, just sometimes, it's not the rare cloud formation, eclipse or catching the echidna mating train on camera

Sometimes, it's the very things we take for granted that for many are rare and uncommon
