Colors of my mood

Colors reflect my mood

By Mary BowiePublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Brillant colors abound, red, yellow, and blue dancing all around.

The colors reflect my moods, and each one is so true.

Blue is for the sadness that squeezes my heart like a vice.

Red is for my temper. A short fuse about to blow.

Green is for my envy. Why can't I be like others?

Yellow is for my melancholy. I'm neither here nor there.

Black is for my anger that I hide behind my smile.

White is for my calmness before the start of the day.

Pink is for my happiness that seems so far away.

The colors of the rainbow reflect my every mood.
