Necessity
As I peered into the ephemeral eyes of whom I had always considered my love, time-stretched into a delightful nothingness. All at once I had been given the realization of humanity's wondrous chemical reactions, while simultaneously conjuring questions that would never be spoken aloud. It felt like the existential crisis of a knowing and understanding God. Love is a timeless phenomenon, bound by nothing, and yet tethered to every individual creature and being.
