Row The Boat

Row, row, row, your dad,

Densely puts you down,

Carelessly, narrowly, spirally, therapy,

Makes you want to drown.

.

Mail

Who knows what happens in the mailroom?

Packages strewn.

Stamps decomposed.

Everyone knows.

.

Post

It stopped.

I am there again.

The dirt ascends in my body.

Tear my skin off and let it burst out.

It is 2020.

It is 2020.

It is 2020.

.

Praise

The priest stalks the alter,

Gets ready to pounce,

He prays.

.

The Lock

Click click click click

I need to check the lock

One three five ten

I just need to try it again

What if they break in

What if they got in

What if they're hiding

What if they never left

Click click click click

I need to check it again

.

Realise

I wish I could have realised sooner

Who and what you were

How much I had yet to reveal

According to Achilles, love can heel

I wish I could have realised sooner

Your realise
