The stars remind us

we can only see so far,

what is left behind us is left in the dark.

I had to realize what I see everyday

Some people can't because they're too far away-

from reality or they had a tragedy-

that alters their mind,

and what's easy for us to touch

they can't because they're too far behind.

We're not all the same and who is there to blame?

We're not on the same page,

I have book full of lyrics and yours is left blank.

We're not in the same year,

Some in the past but don't live in fear,

Cause some will just never realize; it's eye to ear,

people don't listen to your views or care-

about who's really right,

so pay them no mind.

I wish you'd catch up soon to enjoy my view,

because I see life clear and I hope you do too.

We're all here to survive but I try to walk in your shoes,

Cause all life really is,

is point-of-view.
