Chocolate

~ A walk through history.

By KA Stefana Published about a year ago 1 min read

Down by Elfreth's Alley

Round the corner

Round the bend

The cobblestones

Worn beneath your feet

~

Ancient voices

Call from the rafters.

Tales long and tall

Of days gone by

Trials won and lost

~

The children tug

Upon our sleeves

Who cares for history?

When right there

Is Shanes

~

A little voice yells,

"Oh, Franklin's too!"

Ice cream or

Chocolate

Whatever shall we choose?

Inside Shane's
