Chocolate
Periods suck, so here's a poem about them.
My stomach hurts
My legs hurt
My whole body hurts!
Why does everything hurt?
I close my eyes
And I feel a sneeze coming
ACHOO!
Oh no
No no no no no!
I look down
It looks like I killed someone
Maybe I did…
I panic
I scream
My dad come rushing in
He’s frantic
He’s calling for my mom
What is going on
OWWW the pain
My mom rushes in
She hands me a tube with a string at the bottom
What is this?
She says it will stop the madness
I try it
It hurts
But not as much as the pain in my stomach
It’s in
As the raging rivers come to an end
Suddenly I want chocolate
