This is one of my new favorites! So clever and thought provoking. The question in the last line was a brilliant choice.
Ooo I love that question! Now I'm thinking about it. How do our lives sound? Amazing writing and great question!
This is so interesting. 'How do our lives sound?'
I love bats. I saw one once in the day crawling across the ground and it was the most odd and creepy thing. Felt privileged nonetheless to get that close to one.
Huh, now I'm curious too. Loved your poem!
I've always been fascinated by bats, and am also with your haiku. Well done!
A mix of loud and quiet! very well done, sir!
This is a very interesting and delicately balanced haiku. Well done.
