Childhood Days

capturing the essence of childhood days

In the fields of golden sunlight,

Where the days would never end,

We danced with dreams and laughter,

With every breeze, our friend.

Shoes tossed aside, barefoot we’d roam,

Through meadows wide and green,

The world a grand adventure,

In every sight unseen.

The sky a canvas painted,

With shades of pink and blue,

Our imaginations soared,

To places bright and new.

Trees became our castles,

Rivers, sparkling streams,

We were knights and fairies,

Living in our dreams.

The scent of fresh-cut grass,

The taste of summer’s air,

Echoes of our giggles,

Lingering everywhere.

Climbing up the tallest trees,

Swinging to the sky,

Catching fireflies at dusk,

And letting wishes fly.

Time stood still, our hearts were free,

Unburdened, pure, and wild,

Oh, how I miss those golden days,

When I was just a child.

May we hold within our hearts,

Those memories so dear,

And cherish the simple moments,

As we grow year by year.
