In the realm of innocence, where dreams are woven bright,

There lies a child's world, bathed in purest light.

Untouched by shadows, untouched by strife,

A tapestry of wonder, a symphony of life.

In tiny steps, a journey begins,

Exploring life's mysteries, where magic hides within.

With wide-eyed wonder and unbridled glee,

The child dances through moments, wild and free.

In daisy chains and laughter's embrace,

In skipping beats and nature's grace,

The child learns to marvel at the world's grand design,

Finding beauty in every sunset and every fragile twine.

Through curious eyes, the world unfolds,

As secrets untold in stories, it beholds.

Whispering winds share secrets, only they know,

The child listens, enchanted, and lets their imagination grow.

In imaginary realms and castles of sand,

The child builds kingdoms, flourishing grand.

Unleashing creativity's boundless well,

Painting life's canvas with colors that dwell.

But as petals fall from the rose's embrace,

The child grows, slowly leaving their enchanted space.

Boundaries emerge, responsibilities take flight,

As the child treads closer to adulthood's sight.

Yet, within the heart, the child remains,

A flickering flame that time cannot constrain.

For life's beauty, though often veiled by the years,

Resides within, casting away all fears.

So cherish the child within your soul,

Let their spirit guide you, make you whole.

For in their world, where dreams and hopes reside,

An eternal spark of wonder shall never subside.

And though this poem finds its first breath today,

May it echo in hearts, lighting the way,

To nurture the child's spirit, pure and true,

Unpublished, but timeless, forever anew.
