Chasing Enough in the Midst of More

Enough is a concept of simple desire

Like learning to short space on a keyboard on fire.

Computing ideas become coding lenses:

I’m the protagonist in the novel who sings in the choir.

Enough! is impressive if it stops the cries

Unlike “more” being used for a birthday surprise.

Computing ideas become logging senses:

I’m the warrior princess’ lover who can improvise.

~

Enough is insane until more comes to shame

Like the unlike of all and the fame of the lame.

Hence coding enough ideas is akin to the task

Of forever looking for more in a world without frame.

Author's note: I wrote this poem because words came to my rescue. I felt drained of the quest for more, of how to get more engagement on my stories. I wanted some well-written stories from the heart. I just wanted to discover those touching personal stories that feel human. No more magical formulas! No more guides or encyclopedia entries.
