Chase the Vision

Verse 1
I used to measure worth in praise
Kept chasing light in borrowed rays
But every cheer began to fade
And left me lost in what they made
Pre-Chorus
Then I heard a whisper deep inside
“Your truth don’t need a place to hide”
Chorus
Chase the vision, not the validation
Build your fire without their invitation
Let your soul be the architect
Of dreams they haven’t seen yet
You don’t need their confirmation
Just chase the vision, not the validation
Verse 2
I’ve walked through rooms that felt too loud
Where silence felt like being proud
But quiet work and sacred plans
Grow stronger when they’re in your hands
Bridge
Let them talk, let them doubt
You’re not here to figure them out
The stars don’t ask for praise to shine
They just show up, every time
Final Chorus
Chase the vision, not the validation
Live your truth without translation
Let your steps be bold and clear
Even when no one’s near
You don’t owe an explanation
Just chase the vision, not the validation
