Look at me
Let me hold you
Be here now
It's okay
You're safe
Breathe. I'll show you how.
The darkness
Isn't forever
Find the light
I've got you
You're protected
You can sleep tight
Stay
I know it hurts
You'll be okay
Hang on
You've got this
Though it won't feel that way
I know it's hard
But it's not the end
Pause. Breathe. There's so much more
You are loved
You are wanted
You're worth fighting for
You don't have to be strong
You can cry
Scream. Shout.
Let it go
It's okay
You can let it out
Change will come
I know it's scary
But you can do it
I'm here
Holding your hand
I'll help you through it
Breathe in
Breathe out
Listen to the sound
Just breathe
Be here
Feet on the ground
