Celtic Colours

my true colours

By Penni BrownPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
Hazel Brown aged 17

Rich, silky, dark brown locks reflecting auburn hues.

Hazel green eyes sparkling deep with forest truths,

searching round for faithfulness, under many blues aloft.

Pale Celtic Scottish skin shining like mother of pearl

High chiselled cheek bones blushing pink with certain cues.

Thin heather lips pursed tightly with my views.

My physical shades are autumnal, neutral and naturally soft.

Tenacious, scarlet tender heart beats continuously couthie,

sky high hopes and the purposeful passions of youth.

But my spirit explodes brightly with resilient radiant rainbows:

through the warm yellow sunshine and the crystals of my tears;

lucidly luminescent;

magnetically magnificent;

irresistibly iridescent;

happily heaven sent.
