I am caught up,
Caught up in my mind.
It wants colour and variation,
Who am I to give?
But, a slave of time and rhyme,
Of life and its strife.
What can I give?
A blue like,
A red heart,
A yellow emotion,
Or a green light?
What are you seeking,
In this black and white,
Look at the rain, colourless as the rainbow,
It shines in the night,
In the day, it flies, just like a kite.
The blue sky,
Your red blood,
The yellow sun,
And your green eyes,
Will paint this world in its dark light.
I can see colours of laughter and cry,
As I walk by,
The pride of lions,
The crowd of humans,
All I see, is a memory of mine,
A gallery of expectations,
A journey of colour,
Never does it go duller.
But I am just caught up,
Caught up in my mind.
