As dawn breaks with a silken sigh,

A whisper of winter brushes the sky.

The earth, still cloaked in autumn’s hue,

Now wears a coat of silver dew.

*

The first frost, delicate and fine,

Paints the world in a crystalline line.

Each blade of grass, each twig and leaf,

Lays frozen in time, a quiet belief.

*

The magic is fleeting, but so divine,

A moment where seasons softly align.

In the chill, there’s a beauty untold,

A secret of winter, both gentle and bold.

*

Glimpses of snow in the air’s embrace,

As winter’s touch paints nature’s face.

Each breath, a cloud in the morning’s glow,

Frosted whispers that softly flow.

*

This dance of cold, a fleeting art,

A masterpiece etched on the heart.

The season’s first frost, rare and true,

Brings winter’s beauty, born anew.

Arshad, this is utterly enchanting! The imagery is so vivid, it feels like stepping into a quiet winter morning. "A masterpiece etched on the heart"—what a gorgeous way to capture the fleeting wonder of frost! This poem is pure magic, soft yet striking, like winter's first kiss.✨
