she flipped my card to yellow instead of blue. on a scale of best to worst, the colors were green, yellow, blue, orange, and red. my teacher had initially threatened me with the blue card flip, but her oh-so-kind generosity only left me with yellow. I didn’t know how to explain this to my dad. I had been on a green streak all month. he'd definitely flip out over this and she added a note trying to egg it. my dad would never take my side. it was always a teacher's word over mine. goodbye to all of my privileges this weekend.
