Your skin rests under
Feet that cannot feel you turn.
Firm substrate grounds me.
Searing, blinding light:
Your heat rips the skin from me,
Burning, consuming.
Without you, I gasp.
Blow and flow and save me now.
Lungs can't breath alone.
Come wash over and
Sink me in waves of solace.
I will drown in you.
