Ceding to the traversing dance of life

and take my hand as my favorite weakness

Dipping in shadows, consuming the light

sheltered from the storm, until it passes

**

Show me my reflection, pooled in your eyes

dripping love for me, creating ripples

Drench me in your mist, like rain from the sky

until the difficult becomes simple

***

Engaging borrowed imaginations

riding the thunder, rolling in the grave

Flexing light and dark hallucinations

walking through hell, until we are both saved

****

Completely ravaged by the flames of love

that's the kind of fire we've been dreaming of
