Though you try to hide
'neath the cover of darkness
That, is where I am

Halloween is coming quickly, thats how this one makes me feel. Somehow you sped up the days. I am glad I am reading it during the day. I am easily frightened. I read it again, and it's most certainly unforgettable. Night time is scary as it is, but then to have something 'neath the cover of darkness, is just... Well... Inescapable. This was an inescapable poem, you used those three lines very well. Outstanding 🤗❤️
Oh shit. I'll just die, lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lovely haiku, Kelli. Lighting bugs always remind me of my childhood.
I knew I had seen someone outside my window
This is the feeling of sneaky. Good job.
