Burn For You

Do you remember, my sweet love, when we were not so tame?

The sparks that danced across our eyes?

The fans that grew the flame?

πŸ”₯

Everyday now, sits the same,

Our monotonous dance,

Through moments mundane.

πŸ”₯

My fingers long to touch you, dear, and take away your pain.

To tease you sweet, with tenderness,

To melt away your shame.

πŸ”₯

Do you remember, mi amour, when we were not so tame?

The sparks that grew, and burned for you?

And kissed you in the rain?

πŸ”₯

The words not said, scratching the head, and wondering, what’s to blame?

Love still burns true, and yearns for you,

And all of you, I claim.

πŸ”₯

Do you remember, my sweet love, when we were not so tame?

I ignited, grew, and burned for you,

And still sing out your name.

And never will the coldness quell, the spark that lights my flame.
