Bunny Love Oath

Oh, little friends, little loves, balls of soft fluff

I simply can not ever, ever, ever get enough

Of petting and cuddles and hugs

Binkies and zoomies and nudges and stuff

Your tiny twitchy noses

Your wide lion yawns

Your side flops and head flips

And stretches so long

Your delicate pitter patters

Your heavy thump, thump, thump, thumps

The joy that you bring me

Makes my heart go bump, bump, bump, bump

I promise to love you

Keep you as healthy as can be

Feed you quality pellets

And the softest of hay

Above all, I will never leave you

Discard you or give you away

Your place in this world is right here

A permanent home for you and I to stay

On the day you finally depart

From this world we have had together
