BRUMAL KISS
a poem

Emerging from the grinning eaves
Passing under anchored transparent fangs
As the shell of night cracks
And spills yolk so luminous
Flowing and expanding
The subtle crunch of frosted grass
Beneath my plodding feet
Féth fíada rising from my mug
As I exhale like a dragon
Cailleach taps her staff against my chest
Her breath upon my cheek
As tiny chirping angels call to worship
From hidden nooks in spires of birch cathedrals
My lungs fill with exhilarating ache
Taking in fresh and clean vitality
Mixed with juniper
Crisp and effervescent
Reminding me to smile
As life dances on my prickly tightening skin

Very gorgeous imagery throughout your poem - it creates such a vivid image captured in time. I especially enjoy the ending lines: "Reminding me to smile / As life dances on my prickly tightening skin." It leaves the reader with a sense of wonder and hope at the end. Really nicely done - congrats!
