Brown noise

Or the definition of your effect on my soul

By Strange & PoeticPublished about a year ago 1 min read

Brown noise lowers higher frequencies

Calming those highs in my head,

Balancing energies emanating from my skin

Shushing the insecurities away, heavy hand laying on my chest

Counting heartbeats and breaths

Rougher than pink noise

Callused hands against soft skin

Still incredibly slow

Everlasting thieves of breaths

changing colors

Golden to stolen pinks and reds

brown to earth shaking,

Formation of crystals,

Beauties formed under pressure

resembles the roar of a river current or strong wind

I always liked to sit by water

Hearing its sounds, admiring its falls

Always rolling down my window

While driving through greens and blues and goldens

Hand dancing on the current of the wind

Common benefits associated with brown noise are:

relaxation,

Muscles relax, tension goes away

improved focus,

Brown to brown, filling my vision, eyes to eyes

and of course, sleep improvement

Peaceful oblivion, skin to skin,

Mind finally empty quiet,

a neverending suspension in time and space,

Until the clock thicks again
