A broken heart can be felt through the cracks of mother earth,

she sheds her tears and the world watches her crumble.

"Fix me", she cries to the humans

but they only watch

listen

laugh

as the torment unfolds,

leading to her demise.

Dies is mother earth,

rises is her revenge.

Her anger seeps through the broken tears left behind by her sister,

letting all those who hurt her suffer.

Repairing the cracks with gold

hoping her sister finds beauty in all her wounds

left behind by careless souls who do not know love

or the price pain can cost on a life.

She dreams this were true,

but she is her only savior.

Mother earth's broken tears can't save her,

only prolong the pain that life brings.

Face the war and bear the burden Mother earth.

Your children will depend on you always.
