I look out unto a suffocating world
Heart closed from what has happened in these four walls
Wondering...
I breathe in
close my eyes
I breathe out
My exhale accelerates me to a world of joy
A place where I have.... my everything
My everything is simple
It's weightlessness
A warm feeling in the center of my chest
It's....It's....
I breathe in
As I take in life once again
I think of all the joys of my life
The first time I said "I love you"
My first kiss
Laughing with my mother
Hugging my father
These feelings are always with me
They just are closer than usual
I breathe out
Open my eyes
I breathe in
Smiling....
My heart is now open to the endless possibilities
I look out now unto a beautiful world
