Breaking the Free from People-Pleasing

Learning to say no and embrace peace

By Rohitha LankaPublished 10 months ago 1 min read

I am no longer the person who takes the first call.

I am not the person who sends the first message.

I am not the person who intervenes first to arrange anything.

I stopped that.

Then I realized how much of a people pleaser I used to be.

I don't know how to say no.

Because of that stupidity,

I struggle in my personal life as well as in everything I do. That is a fact.

Now I get fewer calls. Less messages.

That is only from that essential Inner circle.

It is a great relief!

The wonderful people I have met,

Whom I love, are very valuable people, and they will remain in my heart forever.

Apart from that - there is no part of my life that I have to spend my energy and put in an effort to keep.

Just say, don't take a call for a day. Don't send a message. You will understand what I mean.

When you say 'Oh, I can't do that job

I can't do that

I can't do someone else's job', try it.

Standby wait employee wait .

You know what I mean
