Break open oven, let free that pungent yeasty scent,
Revel in golden glow of crispy crust, heaven sent.
Ever drawn to welcome warmth bursting beneath the skin,
A finger tap echoes deep from within.
Delicate taste of buttered flesh begin.

Oh, this is divine. I remember the heavenly smell of rolls cooking from the cafeteria while in school and thereafter, while working in an elementary school. Nothing like that warm, delightful prelude to deliciousness.
Mmmm, I can almost smell it! It's sooooo good!
Damn, my mouth is watering!
Delightfully delicious 🤗… we used to bake fresh bread every day and it never got old 😊.
Mmm! I love how baking bread makes the house smell. Good one, Ray!
And now I want to go make some bread
