Boys Will Be Boys

Nothing wrong with play, but some people disregard all for their moment with their toys.

I.

Boys will be boys

in their thoughtless joys.

Never taking time

when playing with their toys.

II.

They rip and tear

with no care.

Never bothering about the mess

as they leave nature bare.

III.

For them, fun in the sun

is second to none.

They’ll blow off work

never getting much done.

IV.

They’ll make a bet

And end up in debt.

But ignore it,

tuning out with a headset.

IV.

No pity when they fall

for they’ve ignored the call.

They never grew up

While having a ball.

V.

But, boys will be boys

stuck in their idyll joys.

They’ll lose in life

before they lose their toys.
