boy on the beach

rise and fall

By angela hepworthPublished about a year ago 1 min read

little boy on the beach

eager eyed and smiling

using his green shovel

to hurl patches of sand

up into the air

see how it flies, child

see how far up it will go

see how it rains down

and keep at it

until the day is done
