Everyone wants their views respected. Each person adds a new, blossoming idea to the floral bouquet at a dining table.
All ideas come together to make a huge, floral bouquet. All of them achieve greatness when put together. Enjoy this tanka.

Notions in bloom
Each thought a petal, bold and bright
Roots entwined in strength
All percepts form a flower,
Grow in soil of open hearts
Blossoms at table.

'Grow in the soil of open hearts' - I love this gorgeous tanka
I love this analogy. Variety is so vital and beautiful, and that's true of opinions as well. Wouldn't that make holiday dinners more tolerable!!
This is a lovely poem! Keep up these amazing pieces, Michelle!
This was such a beautiful analogy! Loved your poem!
