Born by mistake

"I have no one"

When the sun arises

so do my daily thoughts.

As the sun sets,

my heart and intellect relax.

Another day comes.

As does my relentless suffering.

I feel like taking my life.

You will never comprehend.

The feeling of being alone.

the pain of being an orphan

I wish I knew them,

those who gave birth to me

I was tossed into the dumping area.

Someone took me to an orphanage.

I grew up there alongside others like me.

They had a variety of terrible stories to tell.

But upon growing up, we had to part ways.

I am just myself, and the air I breathe.

with the hope

that God is watching over me.

But sometimes I feel lost

in front of other people.

When they mention their relatives

in my presence,

I'm not sure what to say

or whoever to mention as my own

No, wife, No kids

not even a pet

I have no one at all.

I embrace the loneliness.

I keep things to myself.

I try to fit in,

in every scenario.

My motto is "act along."

For me, life is a mystery.

I have a feeling.

I was born by mistake!

  • Your evocative portrayal of loneliness and the struggle for identity is both heartbreaking and beautifully expressed. The raw emotion and vulnerability in your words truly resonated with me. Thank you for sharing such a powerful piece. Best regards, Dr. Jay
