be it sun or rain,
I will go for a walk—
the body needs oxygen.
Some people skip walks, giving different issues or weather conditions as excuses. I don’t. Yet if there is wildfire smoke, leaf blower gas fumes, or mulch machines running, I will delay or skip.
Otherwise, I will go in all weather, for my own good.
It was a rainy, cold day. Enrichment was mine. Being hypothyroid and at risk of diabetes, my body needs oxygen as much as it can get. Yours needs it too.
