He uttered the painful words repeatedly,
Akin to a wind-up toy,
Intending to inflict even more pain.
It was a way for him to exert control
Over me once again.
Just like a black swan casting a shadow
Over its white counterpart.
He had previously performed the same harmful deeds.
Unaware of his elaborate plans
In a more significant disgrace,
Someone has done this to him.
Therefore, following societal norms,
You must return the favour
And become a narc as well.
Everyone is familiar with this,
Those who possess analytical skills.
Perhaps Freud was the pioneer,
But many others followed in his footsteps.
It is imperative that we heed the wisdom of the greatest minds,
Educating ourselves.
However, our goal should not be to emulate them entirely,
For those who have endured mistreatment
Often turn into perpetrators themselves.
It is a peculiar and unsettling cycle of life
We should avoid at all costs.
