The blue Throat chakra is also named Vishuddha since it's ruled by Vishnu. It's the chakra most associated with the Gemini Zodiac since it has a focus on speech and truth.
Opening this chakra allows the person to address situations from an honest position. It's my personal favorite chakra :)
