Blue

Mother Earth

By Nick Moore Published 5 years ago 1 min read

You remind me how lucky we are

Glowing In the darkness

From the light of a star

The perfect distance for life to spring

Where flowers bloom

And birds they sing

What shades you have

From the sea to the sky

The color of life itself

The beauty of being alive

But if we forget our place

And our duty to this space

Then our oceans will dwindle

And Mother Earth can’t escape

The air is being polluted

Our lands continue to bleed

A New Earth is calling

Where we’re conscious of our deeds

It’s time to change our habits

It’s time to plant the seeds
