Black Lives Matter

BLM

By Makayla JeffersonPublished 6 years ago 1 min read

This poem is for George Floyd

A black man that lived in America

A man who had a family, who last moments were in pain.

But this poem is not only for George Floyd but for innocent black Men and Women who had their lives taken by racism.

This poem is for black bodies that have littered the grounds of the world.

This is for Travon Martin, Michael brown, Sandra Bland, Breonna Taylor and many more.

For the black and brown people who had their lives taken by racism.
