Absence of color

What am I?

Well you see

I am the absence of color

And yet I still crave it

Hoping to one day escape

The darkness is my heart

But even my light

Represents the darkness

My soul is a dull and black

Yet, I still crave a colorful aura

I may not be a rainbow

But there is still light in me

Because

Inside darkness is beauty

And that I embrace

What are my true colors?

I am the absence of color

What am I?

I am beauty and love

I am the darkness in the shadows

I am all I can be

Me
