Black Huntress Woman

Poetry of the hunt.

Top Story - October 2025

A Huntress Supreme - she stalks the night, seeking stealthy prey

Her footsteps tread on runes of those gone before...reverent

Silence in her hunt was taught in sacred childhood lessons

Passed down from generation to generation - secrets taught

Her intention is escape - to places only the old ones know

She drowns in the thunderous scream of humanity's roar

Female lioness...seeking her solitude self...too long - she growls -

Too long has she toiled under scorching sun and sky's wrath

Drowning, burning, living a made-up fantasy of truth and lies

Why must she accept the matrix which conceals her Afrocentric truth -

she is Black Woman...intricate - already defined

With braided hair adorned, glowing celestial beads...unique

She walks on a path paved with ancient African tears -

wild things and tree bound stealth are her birthright

they guide her path...reminding her of her roots

Her ancestors ghostly shadows guard the pathway,

directing her to her prey

Her hunt is long, her journey fraught with peril...still she walks

Undaunted. Unafraid. Seeking Herself.

Yet the farther she walks -

The more realization dawns.

The hunt is a never ending circle...it intertwines and connects -

It envelopes and enfolds, continually guiding...learning, teaching

........remolding

It never ceases to seek new prey...Life itself is a daring hunt...and

To the victor goes the spoils.

Hunting is in her blood. She was born of Royal African Ancestry.

She is a Black Woman. A Huntress Supreme.

An Ebony Goddess. Still acquiring...

See her beguiling smile. She rests...until the next hunt!
