Black and White

Both powerful shades

Complete opposites

But both necessary in a work of trades

You prefer black?

What did white do to you?

Just cause it’s different

Just by a hue

You prefer white?

What did black do to you?

Just cause it’s different

Just by a hue

Black separates from white

White isolated from black

Grown apart

Grown in ignorance

What if black and white came together?

A mix of tones

Would either shade be lost?

No longer alone

Black is still black

White is still white

But now appears shades of grey

A spectrum of light

Black and White

Both powerful shades

Now brought together

When one falls down the other aids
