It does not matter if the day is good or bad, make it a limited edition where your eyes are always teary, always have a smile on your face, and be confident and cheerful.

We specifically make ourselves feel confused, depressed, and vulnerable for some individuals and some concerns.

At one time or the other, I find myself having the urge to shout a couple of times so as to ease the burning feeling in my heart; I get the urge to get drunk in order to ease the sorrow in the heart; or feel the urge to shed tears loudly in other to ease the feeling of hopelessness in the heart.

However, if you decide to consider a certain matter to the extent that you can let yourself really anger and mix furious words, you will only come to realize that they are empty words; some people and some things will have to be faced and tolerated.

Instead, when you are in a bad mood, or more particularly when depression has gotten to you, the best solution is to be left alone; isolate yourself and ponder, or meditate. Perhaps we are not the happiest people around, but we can in no way be seen as the most unfortunate people around.

Well, of course, there are not so many unfair turns of events in the universe and people’s fates. But even if there are, at least if you are able to read this article you will be definitely not the most unfortunate person.

Hence never give yourself a chance to degenerate simply because you have lost something; never give yourself a chance to fail simply because things are frustrating you at the moment.

You have to be aware that a moment is not a lifetime. Those people or things which are unpleasant to be with will one day be gone.

Some things are bound to lose that which should be lost; some things are required to forget that which should be forgotten. Rather than spending time and energy worrying about these things and crying, it is much wiser to free oneself and be rather careless.

What I want is a you who can laugh heartily, immorally; not a melancholic you because you are suffering.

Listen, you have to be happy, you have to be strong, for the sake of those who love you in truth, and avoid those people who do not care for you and get a chance to make fun of you.
