Don't lose your temper casually. Losing your temper too much will not only fail to solve the problem but will actually hurt your own body.

When you really want to lose your temper, a look is enough. Cruel people never cry or make trouble. Because those are things children do.

As long as the relationship makes you feel tired, just end it. Why are you still suffering?

Don't embarrass yourself, life is so short, remember to speak with strength in the future.

The most stupid behavior in this world is to always reason with others when you are weak. Even if you are right, there is no need to prove others wrong.

Yes this is a very important thing that we should keep in mind these days when the rage levels are so high. keeping ourselves grounded is the best way to be in the moments of anger rather it has a greater impact on the situation than it would be if we were angry.
