Between Worlds

By: Cai Fox

By Cai FoxPublished 10 months ago 1 min read

I walk between the worlds unseen,

Where moonlight hums and branches lean.

The stars whisper secrets old and wise,

A sacred truth beyond the skies.

No steeple calls, no bells decree,

Yet faith still stirs, alive in me.

Not bound by walls or books of men,

But carried by the wind again.

The forest breathes, the embers glow,

A quiet power soft and slow.

I trace the runes upon my skin,

A story carved from deep within.

Candles flicker, spirits rise,

I hear their echoes in the night.

Not lost, not damned, but ever free,

A child of earth, divinity.

No name can hold this fire bright,

No label fits, no wrong or right.

For faith is vast, a boundless sea,

And love the only truth I need.
