Besties
Forever

I’m glad I found you
Can’t you see
I’m your snowman
You’re my tree
The sun above
The grass below
We’re both in love
With blowing snow
You wear the flakes
Like wang or Prada
In delicate lace
Like an enchilada
When I am chilled
You tie my scarf
That came from Bill
The lawns, yard dwarf
My nose you refresh everyday
With Mr. Ed, the farmer’s horse
For some freshly mowed and baled hay
For him to eat, of course, of course
I decorate your lush green fir
With baubles that I found
Icy sickles, honey and myrrh
I found shining on the ground
Together we make quite a pair
Dancing like starlight in the snowflakes
In squalls or when the weather’s fair
Across the meadows, hills and lakes

I'm in love with your rhyme Kelli. Every time I read one of your poems, I feel like I am dancing. I especially love: You wear the flakes Like wang or Prada
