At first glance,
her eyes strike you.
Bright blue with hints of grey.
A mesmerizing feature,
distinct upon her olive toned skin.
She demands to be noticed,
intimidating those in her powerful presence.
Without speaking,
her eyes tell her story,
her soul seeps through them effortlessly.
Her strength is dominating
as she is unafraid to break eye contact.
When she smiles,
her fluorescent blue eyes crinkle with joy
and her dimples make permanent marks
on the side of her cheeks,
digging into her face in the most pleasant way.
Her eyes shine in the sunlight,
and glow in the moonlight.
When tears fall down her cheeks,
her eyes turn to ice.
They make you freeze,
Shiver,
Shake.
Behind her eyes,
you feel her strength,
Her power,
Her pain,
Her strive,
Her peace,
and her beautiful essence.
