Here is challenge #1 for James & Oneg's 2025 Summer Writing Extrav-again-Again-za:
August 4th- All Night Long - This challenge asks you to create a story or poem that spans a whole night. What happens? How do you make it through to dawn? But here’s the twist: you must not use the words “light”, “day”, “night” nor “dark”.

Stepping out to the comedy club at eleven; giggles erupting in my belly while I'm there that feel like heaven…

Back home before the crack of dawn; energy drink has activated, no more early morning yawns…

Time for caregiving work up to the chin, then a turkey sandwich & diet coke for my break with wheat thins…

After my 6 am bath, then it's time to snore. Chat at you later, peeps; I'm off to Dreamland and totally out of gas now; I ain't got no more!

Your life in a night sounds amazing, especially that comedy club. The energy drink was a big help it seems. The caregiving work, although a noble thing, sucks if its work up to the chin. The turkey sandwich is another fine highlight, because food is king, and bath time is always heavenly. By the end there, the energy drink wore off. Nicely done Tiffy 🤗❤️
